Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher in Metro Manila, Philippines, for a full-time, work-from-home night-shift position. You will handle service requests, use the Axxon platform, schedule emergencies, and generate detailed reports for customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with ERP systems and Slack. HVAC familiarity and Mechanical Engineering background are preferred assets for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (BuildOps experience a plus) and Slack for team communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
• College degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• HVAC experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service requests promptly, professionally, and courteously; document concerns and service needs accurately.
• Utilize and understand the Axxon control website for customers on the Controls platform.
• Schedule emergency service work with customers or property superintendents.
• Enter all service requests into the system correctly to facilitate efficient job completion.
• Verify technicians have completed service calls, and document any necessary recommendations or follow-ups.
• Compile and send detailed job reports to customers after service completion.
• Follow up with customers after work to ensure satisfaction.
• Procure equipment quotes from plumbing and heating supply houses.
• Prepare equipment repair estimates for customers.
• Review service notes of heating technicians and add clarity when needed.
• Manage end-to-end boiler compliance process, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Handle compliance documentation, coordinate inspections and testing, maintain records, and communicate with customers and regulatory bodies.
• Draft and submit quotes for compliance-related work, ensuring accuracy and transparency: compliance packets, ABI, triennials, violations, LL87, backflow testing, OP-29 oil tank testing
