Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, medical terminology, and EMR systems.
• Experience managing referrals and coordinating patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Process medication prior authorization requests and communicate with insurers and providers.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits prior to appointments.
• Receive, process, and track patient referrals and ensure records are complete.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and respond to patient inquiries and requests.
