MicroSourcing is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join its remote-night shift team. You will prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and budgets using Netsuite and Excel, and support month-end close.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree and proven experience, with preference for Salesforce familiarity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting while working from a distributed, remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar financial role.
• High level of proficiency in Netsuite and Excel (including advanced modeling and data manipulation).
• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred to support integrated data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and budgets using Netsuite and Excel.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights that support organizational decision-making.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities to ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain strict data accuracy and integrity across Netsuite and Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial processes and address ad-hoc reporting needs.
