Job summary

ScaleNorth is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting and finance team, delivering client‑facing financial services across multiple industries. You will guide month‑end close, reporting, and cash flow analyses while leveraging NetSuite to drive efficiencies for mid‑market clients.

You will manage onboarding of new clients, perform balance‑sheet triage, and prepare financial statements and board materials.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years as an Accounting Manager in a mid‑market organization.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite is required.
• Strong communication and client service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and finance team across multiple client engagements.
• Oversee month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Review financial models, cash flow, and board presentation materials.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure GAAP compliance and proper revenue treatment.
• Drive process improvements and automation using NetSuite and related tools.
• Mentor and develop team members to scale operations for mid‑market clients.
