The ideal candidate will bring hands-on NetSuite expertise, strong accounting and finance background, and the ability to coordinate with a US-based client and global team while strengthening internal controls and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an Accounting Manager, Head Accountant, or similar senior role.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite is required.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a US-based client and global team.
• Experience in e-commerce, skincare, beauty, or consumer products is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Conduct financial reviews, reconciliations, and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes.
• Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting, accounting operations, and data management.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial matters.
