This client‑facing Accounting Manager role leads our accounting and finance team, drives process improvements, and ensures high client satisfaction while leveraging NetSuite to optimize back‑office operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an Accounting Manager in a mid‑market organization.
• Public accounting experience highly preferred.
• Hands‑on NetSuite experience required.
• Strong skills in change management, issue resolution, data analysis and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to support a user community.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and finance team and scale operations for clients.
• Oversee full cycle accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting.
• Onboard new clients, perform balance sheet triage and prepare financial statements.
• Develop and implement process improvements and automation with NetSuite.
• Collaborate with external auditors and board materials preparation.
