Job summary

Oracle NetSuite is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead post–go-live optimisation engagements across a portfolio of customers. You will shape roadmaps, improve adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will drive engagements from kickoff to release planning, coordinating cross-functional teams and guiding configuration, testing, and adoption of NetSuite Financials and related modules. This role emphasizes stakeholder management, workshops, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite consulting across implementation, optimisation, and post–go-live environments.
• Strong functional expertise in NetSuite Financials and related modules.
• Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements, including kickoffs, workshops, solution design sessions, governance meetings, and release planning.
• Own optimisation roadmaps, delivery priorities, scope, risks, and outcomes across multiple concurrent accounts.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend scalable NetSuite solutions aligned with leading practices.
• Guide configuration, testing, acceptance criteria, and adoption across core Financials (GL, AP, AR, reporting, reconciliation, revenue recognition, taxation, Multi-Book Accounting).
• Manage complex issues and escalations while maintaining strong customer satisfaction, loyalty, and renewal outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with Technical Consultants, ACS Delivery Managers, Support, Product, and performance specialists.
• Balance quick wins with long-term structural improvements while ensuring contracted ACS hours are effectively utilised.
• Mentor team members and promote collaboration, knowledge transfer, and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience across implementation, optimisation, and post–go-live environments.
• Strong functional expertise in NetSuite Financials and advanced capabilities such as Fixed Assets, Bank Feeds, Reconciliation, Multi-Book Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting, Supply Chain, WMS, and Demand Planning.
• Proven experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering complex solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Practical accounting knowledge and awareness of NetSuite’s technical framework.
• A resourceful, independent approach with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
