Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental Specialist to manage day-to-day operations for a growing portfolio. The role covers guest communications, bookings, tenant onboarding, pricing updates, and vendor coordination across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and fluent in English, with experience in mid-term rental properties and familiarity with PMS tools like Guesty or Hostaway. This is a long-term remote opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Mid-Term Rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements.
• Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes.
• Monitor occupancy and assist with pricing updates.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications.
• Manage listings across platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels.
• Track renewals, extensions, and move-in/move-out schedules.
• Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
