EMC Lending Corporation seeks a Mortgage Setup / Disclosure Specialist & Doc Drawer to prepare and manage new mortgage loan files from setup through closing. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong understanding of U.S.

residential mortgage processes. The remote, full-time position based in the Philippines involves coordinating with U.S.-based loan teams to ensure timely disclosures, accurate data in the LOS, and compliant closing documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of U.S. residential mortgage experience.
• Experience in loan setup, disclosures, closing, or doc drawing.
• Knowledge of TRID, LE, CD, and Change of Circumstance requirements.
• Familiarity with Conventional and Non-QM mortgage loans.
• Experience working with U.S. mortgage lenders or brokers.

Responsibilities

• Set up new residential mortgage loan files in LOS.
• Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and send initial and revised disclosures within regulatory timelines.
• Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CD).
• Coordinate with title/settlement companies and other staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Review closing documents for accuracy before release to settlement agents.
• Maintain accurate closing and funding information in the LOS.
