Job summary

Extend Your Team is recruiting for a role focused on securing and managing loan-related documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely filing across government entities. The team collaborates with Legal, Compliance, and title partners to support risk controls and client onboarding.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mortgage operations experience, strong English communication, and a track record of leading a small team while maintaining SLAs and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling US Loan or Mortgage tasks, with 2+ years in a lead, supervisor, or team management capacity.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Liens, Deed of Trust, Vesting, and HELOC Refi processing.
• Demonstrated experience coaching or managing a team in a document processing, mortgage, title, or loan operations environment.
• Comfort owning SLAs, quality metrics, and escalation paths for a team.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing security documents for completeness and recording requirements
• Filing security documents with appropriate governmental entities
• The verifying client provided documents during the account creation process
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of account closing documents
• Assisting other departments with document requests and record-keeping
