Job summary

NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a meticulous Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers through the application and approval process.

You will help clients complete applications, collect income verification, tax returns, bank statements, and credit reports while maintaining strong customer service. You will track the loan process from submission to closing, coordinate with lenders and third parties, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers with loan applications and collecting required documents.
• Ability to review applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with lenders and third parties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review lender conditions with the loan officer and gather items from clients.
• Track the loan process from submission to closing and meet deadlines.
• Maintain and update pipeline dates.
• Serve as hub for team communication with clients, third parties, and internal staff.
• Manage loan documentation and prepare files for underwriting.
• Ensure compliance with AML, fair lending, and data protection rules.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and loan closing coordination.
• Support processing team with orders, submissions, and file scrubs.
• Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service.
