Job summary

YEAPS is seeking a proactive Sales & Account Associate to support the growth of our Microsoft solutions business. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in sales, account management, or business development and enjoys building client relationships to drive opportunities with Microsoft 365 and Azure.

You will manage existing customer accounts, assist with sales activities, and support clients with Microsoft 365, Azure, and related Microsoft solutions from a remote setting with occasional on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or cloud services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partner networks.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
• Recommend Microsoft 365, Azure, and related solutions based on customer requirements.
• Support upselling and cross-selling activities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
