Job summary

Dotty Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Meta & Google Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. You will manage Google Merchant Center accounts, product feeds, and Shopping/Performance Max campaigns while monitoring performance and conversions.

You will conduct audience and keyword research, run A/B tests, and collaborate with creative and account teams. Remote work is supported for international clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or paid media management.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
• Knowledge of Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking and optimization.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Good communication, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center accounts, including product feeds, listings, and product data.
• Set up and manage Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and key advertising metrics.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Troubleshoot product feed errors, disapproved listings, and Merchant Center policy issues.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to develop effective ad strategies and creatives.
• Work with international clients on exciting digital projects and remote setups.
