Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to support the Paid Social team from a remote location. You will ensure Meta campaigns launch correctly, are monitored daily, and maintained with high accuracy following documented processes.

The role focuses on hands-on execution, not client-facing strategy, and requires meticulous attention to detail, familiarity with Google Sheets and collaboration tools, and the ability to adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow repeatable processes.
• Ability to meet deadlines with precise instructions.
• Clear writing for internal coordination.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Slides, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Review live and pending Meta campaigns for accuracy in settings, budgets, audiences, creatives, and naming.
• Prioritize Meta; secondary platforms Snapchat and TikTok.
• Monitor pacing; flag under- or over-spend issues.
• Verify URLs, UTMs, and destination functionality.
• Perform daily delivery checks in tools and platforms to identify anomalies.
• Assist with campaign setup from briefs and instructions.
• Ensure correct creative versions align with launch requirements.
• Communicate errors, risks, or pacing concerns to seniors.
• Track issues through resolution to avoid gaps.
• Independently build campaigns from briefs; perform maintenance tasks.
• Support higher volume campaigns after consistency established.
