D2B, a direct-to-consumer brand designing premium steel planter boxes, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale online sales remotely from the Philippines. The role centers on paid acquisition with Meta as the core platform and involves end-to-end campaign management across Meta and Google.

You will implement tracking, build audiences, test creative, and ensure product feeds reflect stock and lead times.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience managing paid Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce.
• Proven proficiency managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping) and Merchant Center feeds.
• Experience establishing and troubleshooting Meta CAPI and GA4 analytics.
• Familiarity with basic SEO and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or equivalent).
• Excellent written English communication and remote work autonomy.

Mansioni

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) including catalog ads and retargeting.
• Manage Google Search and Shopping campaigns and GA4 reporting.
• Set up and maintain tracking (Meta CAPI, pixel, Google conversion tracking).
• Build customer lists and audiences for retargeting and lookalikes.
• Collaborate with teams to align ads with stock and lead times for made-to-order items.
• Report monthly on spend, revenue, ROAS, and testing plans.
• Ensure ads reflect real stock availability and lead times for made-to-order items.
