Job summary

Staffstream, a growing Australian marketing and growth consultancy, is hiring a Paid Media Specialist (Meta) to own the execution and performance of Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

You will build structured campaigns, monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR), generate reporting and insights, and collaborate closely with strategy and account teams. This is a remote, full-time role for candidates in the Philippines with Australian business hours and a pathway to leadership as the paid media function scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns end-to-end.
• Clear understanding of campaign setup, audience building, optimization, and scaling.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Build structured campaigns including audiences, creatives, placements, and budgets.
• Implement testing frameworks across creative, messaging, and audience segments.
• Monitor campaigns daily and optimize toward key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL).
• Prepare clear, structured performance reports and provide insights to leadership.
