Qualifications

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign reporting.
• Proven ability to manage local/hyperlocal advertising within service area.
• Strong copywriting and video editing for ads.
• Experience using AI tools for advertising creatives is preferred.
• Must be able to troubleshoot tracking and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta Ads campaigns from setup to reporting, including lead gen and retargeting.
• Create hyperlocal campaigns for 5–10 mile service areas and optimize budgets.
• Produce ad creatives: copy, hooks, headlines, captions, short-form video and UGC.
• Leverage AI tools to generate concepts, scripts, hooks, and variations.
• Troubleshoot tracking, pixels, landing pages, forms, and CRM integrations.
• Own campaigns end-to-end with independent ownership and reporting to clients.
• Handle 40–50 small-budget local campaigns per month and optimize performance.
