Job summary

Fundamental IT Solutions is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist in Taguig to develop, implement, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns. You will drive audience research, craft compelling ad copy, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Conduct audience research and create targeted audience segments using demographic, behavioral, interest-based, and custom audience data.
Set up and manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
Create compelling ad copies, headlines, and campaign messaging in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams.
Coordinate the development of creative assets such as images, videos, graphics, and landing pages to support campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, placements, and budgets to improve results.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies to identify high-performing combinations.
Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.
Generate regular performance reports and provide insights, recommendations, and action plans to improve campaign outcomes.
Stay updated on Meta advertising policies, platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.
Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and improving lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
