Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC in a fully remote setup is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns for DTC/e-commerce clients. You will run weekly experiments, analyze ROAS and CAC, and coordinate creative assets with the marketing team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Meta ads experience, agency background with US-based clients, strong reporting in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable with EST or PST hours. This role offers a remote-friendly path and competitive bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads experience.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC KPIs.
• Experience building reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Agency experience managing 4+ clients with US-based clients.
• Fluent written and verbal English; proficient with project tools like Asana.
• Ability to work EST or PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Launch Meta campaigns from scratch and run weekly experiments.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other metrics.
• Coordinate creative assets and copy with marketing teams.
• Monitor spend and adjust daily/weekly/monthly budgets.
• Perform daily and weekly account health checks and QA.
• Proactively surface optimization opportunities from trends.
• Build reports in Google Sheets via Funnel.io with charts and pivots.
• Communicate proactively with the team via Slack and video calls.
