RecruitNest Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Meta Ads Creative Strategist to lead end-to-end creative strategy for Meta campaigns. You will develop ad concepts and scripts, manage testing, coordinate production, and use performance data to scale winning creatives.

The ideal candidate is creative and data-driven, with scripting and direct-response skills, able to craft ads that feel native to Instagram and TikTok while achieving strong conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, business, or related field.
• 3+ years: scaling Meta Ads for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Experience scripting or producing 30+ short-form video ads.
• Strong copywriting for direct-response campaigns.
• Experience with systematic creative testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a creative strategy for 5–10 weekly video ads.
• Write conversion-focused scripts using AIDA and PAS.
• Create ad concepts that feel native to Instagram and TikTok.
• Design and run systematic testing across hooks, angles, formats, lengths.
• Analyze performance and identify winning patterns.
• Monitor CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV, ROAS, CPA and other metrics.
• Scale top creatives and drop underperformers quickly.
• Refresh creatives to prevent fatigue and maintain relevance.
• Coordinate creators in US & Australia; manage timelines and deliverables.
• Document testing processes, performance reports, and learnings.
