Responsibilities

• Submit record requests via email and fax using LlamaLab’s retrieval platform.
• Locate and confirm accurate contact information for healthcare providers and facilities.
• Call facilities to confirm receipt of requests and follow up on pending items.
• Review incoming records to verify accuracy and completeness; flag deficiencies.
• Log outreach efforts, communications, and outcomes in the LlamaLab platform.
• Collaborate with legal, clinical, and operations teams as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in record retrieval workflows.
