Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Medical Information Specialist (MIS) to support our US clients from the Philippines. The MIS will handle medical and safety information requests, document adverse events, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

The role includes after-hours coverage on a rotation and a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree and demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required and eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with professional etiquette.
• English language proficiency required for role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety information requests via phone, email, or written form for clients.
• Provide labeled and unlabeled information per regulations and SOPs.
• Document adverse events, product complaints, and special situations in the system.
• Meet deadlines as per SOPs and client practices; maintain data quality.
