ProPharma Group is seeking a Medical Information Specialist to join its Medical Information Contact Center. You will respond to requests for medical and safety information from healthcare professionals and consumers across channels, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation of adverse events, multi-tasking, and collaboration within a team, with remote and hybrid work options and a strong commitment to data privacy and quality.

Qualifications

• Life science or Nursing or Pharmacy degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience with medical terminology and regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for medical and safety information via phone, email, web, or mail for ProPharma’s clients.
• Provides labeled and unlabeled medical/safety information per regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Accurately documents adverse events, special situations, and product complaints.
• Keeps inquiries logged and adheres to deadlines in SOPs and WPs.
