Qualifications

• Nursing degree required (RN/BS/BA/MS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and empathy in customer service.
• English language proficiency; strong medical terminology knowledge.
• Ability to learn regulatory standards and company SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to unsolicited medical and safety information requests via phone, email, or website.
• Provide labeled medical information per regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints clearly.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks per SOP deadlines.
• Maintain quality checks on adverse events and inquiries in the system.
