Job summary

D2B is seeking a Medical Device Project & Quality Manager to lead integrated program execution, sponsor-side quality controls, and drive regulatory deliverables across Asia-Pacific business hours. This role bridges product innovation and commercial delivery with a clear path toward executive operations leadership as the company grows its technology portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage vendor governance, change controls, CAPAs, and post-market surveillance while coordinating operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or highly regulated healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Program Management & Execution: Own and maintain the integrated project plan, align cross-functional deliverables and milestones with commercial timelines.
• Sponsor-Side Quality Oversight & Supplier Governance: Establish a proportionate quality-management framework and oversee ISO 13485 status, supplier scorecards, and audit findings.
• Systems & Operations Integration: Translate requirements into practical workflows in Odoo modules and build dashboards for milestones, regulatory deliverables, and budget use.
