Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced healthcare operations manager to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will apply 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign to create and refine outputs used by hospital executives.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, and pays $100 per hour. You will collaborate with a leading AI lab to improve patient throughput models, care pathways,

Qualifications

5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign with direct ownership of throughput/work
Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or throughput models used to brief hospital executives or leadership
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication

Responsibilities

Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
Develop models for patient throughput, bed utilization, care pathways, and staffing costs
Brief hospital executives and health system leaders using developed outputs
