We seek BS Nursing or allied health grads with HIPAA training, professional English fluency, and the discipline to work a fixed night shift from a home office with a laptop, reliable internet, and headset.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing or allied health graduate (registered or underboard).
• Background in a BPO healthcare account or clinical setting.
• US healthcare insurance verification experience.
• HIPAA/PHI handling experience or training.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Able to work a fixed night shift.
• Remote work setup with laptop/PC, reliable internet, and headset.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling for appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
• Handle prescription refills and coordinate medications.
• Perform insurance verification and support medical billing processes.
• Maintain and update patient medical records.
• Support telehealth consultations and virtual care coordination.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and medical staff.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to assigned clinics or providers.
