Job summary

The Fidget Game is seeking a part-time Operations Assistant to support marketplace operations and project execution. You will report to the COO, and the key trait is dependability—take a task, complete it, and return it done without hand-holding.

The role splits roughly 50/50 between marketplace execution and project coordination, with daily ES time overlap. The position is remote, 20 hours per week, aligned to Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Shopify admin.
• Familiarity with marketplace/e‑commerce platforms (Seller Central, Walmart, etc.).
• Monday.com experience required.
• Project coordination experience.
• Strong spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace execution: Shopify listing updates, content uploads, inventory monitoring, weekly reports, blog uploads.
• Project execution & coordination: running operational projects in Monday.com, data harmonization, portal support, follow-ups across ops portfolio.
