The role supports shipment planning, inventory replenishment, pricing research, listing monitoring, and reporting across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will maintain trackers in spreadsheets, manage multiple priorities independently, identify issues, and communicate recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to conduct online pricing research and monitor Buy Box.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain shipment plans across platforms.
• Assist with inventory replenishment based on demand.
• Monitor pricing and competitor trends; prepare recommendations.
• Maintain trackers for listings, SKUs, and status; report progress.
• Prepare concise progress reports and identify process improvements.
