Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the Marketplace team with daily tasks, handle customer service queries related to product sales, and coordinate refunds and returns with internal teams and sellers.

The role also involves onboarding new products, maintaining listings and the seller database, and ensuring accurate product information. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an Operations Administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using CRM and ticketing tools.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketplace team with daily operational tasks.
• Assist with customer service queries related to product sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sellers to manage refunds and returns.
• Support onboarding of new products and sellers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Marketplace listings.
• Manage and update the seller database.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance of product information.
• Keep clear and organised records of seller communications and listings.
• Collaborate with the team to understand seller and listing requirements.
• Assist with documentation preparation and review.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
