Job summary

Tidal is seeking an eCommerce Marketplace Operations Manager to own retail marketplace channels end-to-end. You will manage SKUs, bundles, listings, and coordinate our 3PL while producing monthly leadership reports. You should have strong experience with marketplace operations, catalog management, and advanced Excel/Sheets.

Remote role with a focus on US PST hours, coordinating with global teams. Strong emphasis on accuracy, proactive communication, and meeting launch deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working directly with a DTC brand.
• Hands-on experience managing listings on retail marketplaces (Macy's, Nordstrom or similar).
• Proficiency in Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Manage dropshipping & marketplace listings across non-Shopify channels; ensure listings go live by deadlines.
• Coordinate 3PL, processing wholesale orders, and monitor returns/chargebacks.
• Audit listings for accuracy and optimize product data (COGS, weights, HS codes).
• Build product pages and variants on Shopify; create bundles/kits and manage UPCs.
• Produce monthly channel reports for leadership and monitor KPI trends.
