Job summary

Upstack Data in Manila is seeking an Executive Assistant with strong marketing and social media experience to support the CEO and help drive marketing operations. You’ll manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox, travel, and assist with content creation and email campaigns.

You will turn notes into publishable content, schedule posts on LinkedIn and X, manage email campaigns and lists, build SOPs, and collaborate with Marketing, Support, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, or marketing with US or international clients
• Hands-on experience in marketing and social media
• Experience creating, editing, scheduling, or managing content for social media
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to write clearly in a professional but conversational voice

Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Manage Founder’s calendar, inbox, travel, and prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups
• Marketing & Social Media: Create and repurpose content, write and schedule posts, manage email campaigns and lists
• Content & reporting: Organize assets, maintain naming standards, prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports
• Collaboration: Work with CEO, Operations, Marketing, Support, and Engineering
