Job summary

LAdmins is hiring a Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to join our remote team serving manufactured-home owners. You will run direct mail, email and social campaigns, maintain data accuracy, and provide leadership with ROI-focused reports.

The role requires strong Excel skills, CRM administration experience, and the ability to work US Pacific Time hours. A reliable home setup and proactive reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations or sales operations.
• Hands-on experience running direct mail, email and social media campaigns.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and building reports from CRM exports.
• CRM experience, ideally as an administrator who has built forms and pipelines.
• Comfort with cost per lead, gross profit, margin and ROI math.
• Strong working use of AI tools for content, reporting and analysis.
• Sharp attention to detail and a habit of cross checking numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with a habit of clear, proactive reporting.
• Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time hours, with some end of day flexibility for the daily report.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Direct Mail & Print Campaigns: Prepare mailing runs, update lists, order materials, audit invoices and manage vendors.
• Digital Marketing & Content: Post on social media, assist with educational videos, newsletters and email campaigns.
• Sales Reporting & Dashboards: Build daily and weekly reports, track KPIs, reconcile by region and rep.
• CRM Administration & Data Quality: Update CRM, fix data issues, manage forms and pipelines.
• Campaign Tracking & ROI: Track CPL, CPA and ROI by channel; flag underperforming communities.
• Reviews, Vendors & SOPs: Request reviews, manage lists, and document recurring processes.
