• Experience supporting US/international clients; strong communication.
• Detail-oriented with Excel proficiency; certifications in email marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Demandbase/Salesforce and MarTech operations for enterprise US clients.
• Lead routing, workflow automation, platform implementations, and data migrations.
• Build scalable processes and best practices for campaign and lead management.
• Troubleshoot marketing operations processes and integrations; document improvements.
• Explore and introduce new MarTech platforms; support exploratory projects.
• Deliver hands-on solutions as a Level 4 Senior Specialist while mentoring peers.
