Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking Senior Marketing Operations Specialists with hands-on Salesforce CRM experience, and a role that may include Demandbase. You will optimize campaigns, manage lead routes, and drive data-driven marketing across global clients.

The position requires adapting to US hours from a hybrid/remote setup in Ortigas Pasig. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in marketing operations, strong communication, and a passion for scalable processes, technology projects, and mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions with international clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong planning skills.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Demandbase is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing operations across SFDC, marketing automation, websites, and analytics tools.
Manage lead routing, automated workflows, and platform integrations.
Oversee platform implementations and data migrations for scalable campaigns.
Develop scalable processes for campaign execution and data management.
Troubleshoot issues, document processes, and propose improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams and international clients to improve visibility into marketing performance.
Mentor fellow Marketing Operations Specialists and share best practices.
Explore new marketing tech and lead projects to boost operational efficiency.
