BruntWork is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to act as the operational backbone of the agency. You will own campaign implementation, advanced GoHighLevel automations, and Meta ads for financial advisor clients, with onboarding and shadowing to learn internal systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, marketing operations, or media buyer role within a marketing agency or fast-paced service business.
• Advanced Meta Ads Expertise with a proven track record in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
• Advanced GoHighLevel Proficiency and deep hands-on experience building complex multi-step funnels, landing pages, custom triggers, and automation workflows.
• Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, ad copy, and scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional client interactions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive qualified leads for financial services clients.
• Build, manage, and troubleshoot complex marketing automations, lead-nurturing workflows, high-converting sales funnels, and landing pages inside GoHighLevel.
• Generate compelling ad copy and campaign scripts leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) tailored to target financial demographics.
• Execute seamless onboarding for new clients, track fulfillment milestones, and ensure campaign deliverables are launched on schedule.
• Manage professional, timely client interactions and relationship management when the primary agency contact is unavailable.
• Conduct targeted market research for financial advisor campaigns and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep agency operations running efficiently.
