The position begins part-time with a clear pathway to full-time based on performance, reliability, and output.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (strict requirement).
• High attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset.
• Experience documenting workflows and building SOPs.
• Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
• Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel automations and workflows.
• Implement AI-driven automation systems to improve marketing and operational efficiency.
• Test all automations rigorously to ensure accuracy, performance, and zero errors before deployment.
• Create and maintain SOPs and workflow documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients when required.
• Maintain consistent responsiveness and clear communication across all projects.
• Continuously improve systems for scalability, efficiency, and performance.
