Huzzle seeks a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta advertising, landing page optimisation, and CRM automations. You will collaborate with internal creative and account teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and optimise funnels for clients.

The role demands hands-on Meta media buying experience, a track record of launching and scaling lead generation campaigns, and the ability to demonstrate results through portfolios or case studies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Meta advertising experience.
• Proven success managing and scaling lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising systems.
• Experience with landing page creation and conversion optimisation.
• Experience integrating funnels with CRM systems and automations.
• Strong knowledge of Go High Level or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise for ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, optimise, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations.
• Improve KPIs including CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Identify and scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency.
• Design and optimise high-converting landing pages and funnels.
• Build and manage automations within Go High Level CRM.
• Integrate landing pages, advertising platforms, and CRM systems.
• Develop lead nurturing and follow-up workflows.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting systems are in place.
