The role blends social media marketing, patient/clinic administration, and basic bookkeeping, split across allied health and commercial property management.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm PH time, with a salary of Php 35,000–Php 45,000. You will manage Cliniko-based admin, create engaging content for social channels, handle basic invoicing

Qualifications

• Australian client experience with 2–3 years in health, real estate, or services
• Proficient with Cliniko or similar cloud-based practice management system
• Strong content creation skills for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Ads management
• Excellent written and verbal English; understand Australian business tone

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day scheduling, client inquiries, and practitioner bookings using Cliniko.
• Oversee patient intake forms, health records, and basic billing inquiries.
• Create, schedule, and post marketing content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assist with Google Ads budgets and optimization of campaigns.
• Perform basic bookkeeping in Xero and reconciliation of daily bank statements.
• Provide administrative backup for property management tasks and tenant communications.
