Boomering is seeking a Marketing & Operations Assistant to manage social media and provide admin support across two Australian businesses in allied health and commercial property management. This work-from-home role follows a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 am–2:30 pm PH time) with salary of Php 35,000–Php 45,000.

You’ll create posts, coordinate calendars, handle inquiries, and assist with basic bookkeeping in Xero.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Experience in health or allied health sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and current trends.
• Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our Client is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Operations Assistant to provide social media management and administrative support across two Australian businesses in the allied health and commercial property management sectors.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities as a Marketing & Operations Assistant

1. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop social media posts, reels, and marketing materials to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media messages, comments, and audience interactions.
• Assist with Google Ads monitoring and optimization.
• Coordinate content calendars and recommend creative marketing ideas.

2. Administrative & Client Support

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, client inquiries, and email correspondence professionally.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and practitioner bookings using Cliniko or similar systems.
• Assist with patient intake forms, record management, and basic billing inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records, organize documents, and coordinate with internal teams.

3. Basic Bookkeeping & Financials

• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
• Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts receivable and payable monitoring.

4. Property Management Support

• Provide general administrative assistance for the commercial property management business.
• Assist with tenant communication, lease documentation, and maintenance coordination.
• Perform other property-related administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications as a Marketing & Operations Assistant

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Experience in the health or allied health sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and content trends.
• Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with Cliniko, Xero, or Google Ads is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including phone handling.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting Australian clients is an advantage.
• Property management experience is not required; training will be provided.
