Boomering is seeking a Marketing & Operations Assistant to manage social media and provide admin support across two Australian businesses in allied health and commercial property management. This work-from-home role follows a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 am–2:30 pm PH time) with salary of Php 35,000–Php 45,000.

You’ll create posts, coordinate calendars, handle inquiries, and assist with basic bookkeeping in Xero.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Experience in health or allied health sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and current trends.
• Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assist with Google Ads monitoring and optimization.
• Coordinate content calendars and marketing ideas.
• Provide admin support including bookings, forms, and basic billing inquiries.
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero and manage invoices.
• Assist with property management admin tasks and tenant coordination.
