Elevate And Delegate is seeking a Remote Marketing Creative Specialist to produce agency-level creative across newsletters, social content, and pitches. You will translate briefs into on-brand deliverables and use Claude to accelerate research and drafting, applying editorial judgment for quality.

• A portfolio of real creative work — finished deliverables that shipped.
• Hands-on fluency with Claude or comparable AI tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe, or equivalent.
• Strong written English with clear headlines and paragraphs.
• Ability to receive a brief and return a first draft within 24 hours.
• Remote availability during US business hours (10am–4pm ET overlap).

Responsibilities

• Produce creative across formats: newsletters, social content, assets, brand docs, landing pages, and pitches.
• Translate briefs and brand guidelines into on-brand deliverables.
• Leverage Claude to accelerate research, drafting, and iteration with editorial judgment.
• Use Lovable or similar no-code tools to deploy lightweight web assets when needed.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Communicate proactively for clarity and flag issues before shipping.
