PeoplePartners is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to remotely support a US-based client across email marketing, social media, and content creation. You will build newsletters in Klaviyo, write SEO-friendly blogs, and coordinate campaigns to keep the content calendar on track.

The role is hands-on, requiring writing, design, and scheduling skills, with a focus on on-brand delivery and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, or marketing coordination.
• Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
• Strong written English and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating SEO/AEO or search-optimized content.
• Graphic design experience.
• Experience managing content calendars.
• Experience with website CMS platforms.
• Experience repurposing content across multiple channels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule email newsletters and campaigns.
• Build and manage campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Manage content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Maintain social media and content calendars.
• Write SEO/AEO-optimized blog content.
• Create digital and print marketing assets.
• Design materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Publish and maintain website content through a CMS.
• Support event and promotional email campaigns.
• Maintain accurate email lists, templates, and marketing assets.
• Ensure marketing deliverables are published on time and aligned with brand standards.
