Job summary

Living in a Bubble is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to run email marketing, keep our Shopify store current, and coordinate launches and promotions.

This is a hands-on, full-time remote contractor role reporting to the Marketing Manager, requiring 3+ years in digital marketing and strong English communication.

You will own timelines, work with content producers, manage lists and campaigns, and help grow our direct-to-consumer brand across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a marketing coordination, digital marketing, or e-commerce execution role.
• A background in direct-to-consumer e-commerce selling physical products.
• Hands-on with an email marketing platform: you have personally built and scheduled both one-off campaigns and automated flows. Klaviyo strongly preferred.
• Hands-on inside Shopify admin: product pages, collections, banners, scheduled price changes.
• Experience creating and maintaining marketplace listings — Amazon Seller Central or similar.
• Experience coordinating product launches or sale campaigns to a fixed date across several people.
• Exposure to marketing reporting: GA4 or platform dashboards.
• Experience as the day-to-day contact for outside agencies or collaborators.
• Strong written English.
• Strong organisation. You can run several deadlines at once and hit them without being chased.
• Careful attention to detail.
• Basic image editing in Canva or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule and send email campaigns against the marketing calendar.
• Maintain and improve automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) and sign-up forms.
• Keep email lists clean and properly segmented.
• Make routine content updates inside Shopify templates: banners, product pages, collections.
• Keep pricing, availability and sale elements accurate and live on schedule.
• Create and maintain listing copy and images for sales channels.
• Work with content producers to get copy and images delivered on time.
• Keep listings accurate, on-brand, and consistent across markets.
• Own the launch checklist and keep every part on schedule to go-live date.
• Brief and coordinate images and content for each launch or promotion; schedule emails.
• Publish product pages and collections on go-live day, and run post-launch resets.
• Coordinate with collaborators: briefs, assets, deadlines; track deliverables.
• Report on email and store performance on a regular schedule.
• Coordinate with other teams where marketing work depends on them.
• Keep assets organised, the calendar current, and actions tracked.
