Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Manager – Web Development & UI/UX to lead a remote team in the Philippines. You will drive frontend architecture (React, responsive design) and oversee UI/UX outcomes, mentoring developers and designers while partnering with product and business stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director, Project Management, you will own delivery governance, set timelines, and ensure accessible, high-quality outputs. A global, inclusive culture and strong compensation await.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years in frontend development and/or UI/UX design.
Experience leading projects or mentoring developers toward delivery goals.

Responsibilities

Stand up the new team, hire and onboard web developers and UI/UX designers.
Lead, mentor, and manage the team day to day with clear goals and feedback.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align delivery with scope.
Set frontend architecture and coding standards for performance and accessibility.
Oversee design systems and guide hands-on design review with a senior designer.
Drive process improvements and governance to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
