Job summary

PSC Biotech’s PSC Software division seeks a remote UI/UX Designer based in the Philippines to translate requirements into wireframes and prototypes for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and end users to deliver customized experiences and guide design decisions.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 2+ years in web/app design, and proficiency with design tools. You will work in the U.S. Pacific Standard timezone and may travel if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field including design, visual arts, or related area.
• 2+ years of experience in web or application UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and user-centered design.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative, functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Define product functionality with product managers and end-users; translate specs into wireframes and prototypes.
• Create clear UX flows and use-case scenarios to guide development.
• Develop user stories to help developers implement features.
• Present features to users, collect feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
• Design graphical solutions for print, web, mobile, and email formats.
• Participate in development discussions to align design with product vision.
