Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in management accounting or financial analysis, strong UK GAAP knowledge, and certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA. Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.
• Strong UK GAAP knowledge and its application to financial reporting and accounting.
• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close with finance and business teams.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Perform variance analysis and present key trends to senior management.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Coordinate with external accounting partners for audit and tax alignment.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
