The successful candidate will manage multiple tasks, document activities, and coordinate with inspectors and agencies as needed, while leveraging maintenance software and basic office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property maintenance coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual: Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for residents needing maintenance services.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and resident communications.
• Set up utilities and services for vacant units or new acquisitions.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and obtain approvals for overages.
• Coordinate with inspectors and agencies for urgent needs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage any city citations.
• Assist in annual inspections including safety systems checks.
