Job summary

BizForce is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead design development through construction documentation in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. You will own drawings, coordinate with teams and consultants, and ensure high-quality, on-time documentation.

U.S.-based institutional/education projects preferred; strong Revit/ACC/Bluebeam skills required. You will mentor junior staff, manage multiple priorities, and communicate progress with U.S.-based clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience with U.S.-based institutional/education projects.
• Proven leadership of architectural projects.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design development through construction documentation.
• Develop and oversee detailed construction document sets.
• Remain actively involved in architectural production and technical documentation.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate work with consultants and other disciplines.
• Translate design intent into buildable documentation.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to identify issues before delivery.
• Incorporate client and team comments accurately and efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance to junior architects and staff.
• Communicate progress with U.S.-based clients and teams.
• Ensure documentation follows standards and quality requirements.
• Support teams with construction-related documentation challenges.
