You will develop design concepts, prepare architectural drawings, and produce construction documents from design through construction, coordinating with multiple disciplines while meeting deadlines. This role requires independent work in a remote environment, with strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe CC.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Prepare drawing sets for schematic design through construction.
• Translate directives into accurate architectural documents.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and client presentations.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior teams.
• Review drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Maintain organized digital project files and naming conventions.
